1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:
- Incorrect Transactions: If you accidentally purchase the wrong product or top-up amount, we will assist you in correcting theissue, provided that the request is made within 24 hours of the transaction.
- Technical Issues: If the game top-up or product does not function properly due to an error on our side, we will provide a refundor exchange. This must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- Unfulfilled Orders: If your order is not processed or delivered as described, we will offer a full refund.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Please note that the following situations do not qualify for a refund:
- Changed Mind: Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind after making a purchase.
- Delivery of Correct Product: If you receive the correct gaming top-up product and the transaction was processed as requested,refunds will not be issued.
- Non-Usage of Product: If the top-up is successfully delivered and activated, no refund will be granted if you decide not to use it.

- Our team will review your request and process your refund or offer an alternative solution within 3-5 business days.
- Processing Refunds – Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
