Refunds are only applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If the game top-up or product does not function properly due to an error on our side, we will provide a refundor exchange. This must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Unfulfilled Orders: If your order is not processed or delivered as described, we will offer a full refund.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Please note that the following situations do not qualify for a refund:

 

  • Changed Mind: Refunds will not be provided if you change your mind after making a purchase.

  • Processing Refunds – Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7business days for the refund to be reflected in your account, depending on your payment provider.
